REFILL SERVICE MENU 

During the 2-wks and 3-wks refill service, we try our best to fill up your lashes up to previous count within an hour. The technician will also observe the condition of the glue and lashes. If the glue is too weak or if the lashes have grown more than 3mm, the technician will remove the lashes and replace with new lashes.

BEFORE THE SERVICE

Please avoid haveing eyelash extensions if you have/had:

Lash perm and tinting within 2-3 weeks.

Surgeries around eyes within 2-3 months.

Itchiness around eyes due to seasonal allergies, sickness, etc.

Please do NOT:

Apply eye makeup (including curling lashes).

Wear contact lenses if you don’t feel comfortable closing your eyes with them.

 

AFTER THE SERVICE

MAINTENANCE TIPS

DON’Ts

Do not wet eyelashes within 3 hours of eyelash extension service.

Do not do facial, hot yoga, sauna or go swimming within 3 days of eyelash extension service.

Do not use oil based makeup removers around eye area.

Do not aim showerhead directly on face.

Do not rub eyelashes..

DOs

Use cotton swabs (i.e. Q-tips) with oil-free makeup remover to remove makeup around the eye area.

Dry lashes by tapping lightly with tissue or towel. Alternatively, lashes can be dried by fanning/lightly blowing cold air on the underside of the lashes.

To groom lashes, use a wand and comb gently with a tairling motion.

Apply tonic essence to the root of lashes each time after cleaning face.

Apply coating sealant to further extend longevity of eyelasg extension,

To keep receiving endless compliments, remember to refill your lashes every 2 weeks for up to 6 months. For best result, it is recommended that a full set is done every 3 months.
